How to Use Workspace Logs

Access Workspace Logs
Navigate to your workspace and click on “Logs” in the navigation menu. The logs page displays all messages from your workspace with comprehensive filtering options.

Apply Filters
Use the comprehensive filtering system to find specific messages. Search by content, filter by username, select specific conversations, or set date ranges.
Filters: Content search, Username, Conversation, Date range, Message type, Results per page

View Conversations
Click the “View Messages” button (eye + message icon) to open the conversation modal. Navigate through all messages in that conversation with full content display.

Review workspace statistics, analyze conversation patterns, and export filtered data for further analysis. Access comprehensive analytics and performance metrics.
